Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

Pack the Device

Securely place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and power cables are included to avoid restocking fees.

Ship the Item

Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for transit back to our warehouse.
